| Meet our Priest |
Fr. Marcin Zahuta is a native of Poland (not southern
Beijing..haha!). Fr. Marcin was born in Nowy Sacz,
which is located in southern Poland.
During seminary, he attended Sts. Cyril and Methodius
Seminary in Orchard Lake, MI. Fr. Marcin also earned
two degrees Theology: an MA and an MDiv.
In June of 2006 Fr. Marcin was ordained to Christ’s
priesthood for the Diocese of Charleston. On February 1,
2007, he was appointed Chaplain and Campus Minister to
serve the students, faculty and staff at the University of
South Carolina.
Fr. Marcin likes all kinds of activities, but soccer is
number one.
On his Holy cards he put the motto of his priestly life
“Nothing is impossible with God” Luke 1:37
